Wu Xin does not procure any third-parties for courier or delivery services. We engage our own staff and vehicles for local deliveries and hence we would require a min. of 3 business days for us to deliver your order to your doorstep. We would appreciate your patience and kind understanding especially during periods of high order volume (i.e. nearer to Chinese New Year) where they may be unavoidable delays. Nonetheless, we take responsibility to update you in case there were any problems and delays to your order. We charge a fixed rate of SGD10 only for orders that meet the minimum spending of SGD70 (after discounts/promotions). We provide free deliveries for orders that meet a minimum spending of SGD90 (after discounts/promotions) Cut-off timing for orders daily is at 5pm. Any order received after 5pm will be processed the following day. Alternatively, we also provide a faster and free store pick-up option for orders of any amount, which can be fulfilled within 1 business day. Please wait for our email that notify when you can pick up your order at our store before you come down to pick up your order.
Here at Wu Xin, we take great care in ensuring your orders are fulfilled without problems in quality and accuracy.
