What is Natto and Nattokinase?

Natto is produced by a fermentation process by adding Bacillus natto, a beneficial bacteria, to boiled soybeans.

1.    Nattokinase – 3 capsules (2500FU) are equivalent to more than 100g of raw natto in nattokinase activities that can help prevent heart attacks and stroke problems.

2.    Isoflavones – For preventation of osteoporosis in middle-aged men and women.  Intake of calcium with this supplement is desirable.

3.    SOD-Like Substance – Powerful anti-oxidant activity.  Maintenance of healthy stomach (Probiotic good bacteria). Helps in slimming.

4.    Monascus Purpureus (red yeast rice) – Helps lower blood lipids and cholesterol. Improve blood circulation. Alleviate indigestion and diarrhea.
